Sweating is one of the major problems in summer. It also encourages odour, which can make you
uncomfortable. So try some easy & quick ways to reduce the sweating problem.
- To reduce the sweating problems switch on to white plain T shirt. White shirts are also very easy to bleach to clear out the stains.
- To avoid over sweating as well as to remove the odour & dirt you need to take regular baths.
- Try to arrange some of your works in the shade, if that is not possible then take frequent breaks & spend some times in well ventilated area.
- To veil the sweating you can also wear a black shirt, but you can not repeat the same shirt, because sweat releases some stains in your shirt.
- Drinking lots of water can give you useful results. Water can clean your total internal system.
- If your body is not accustomed yet then don’t go for rough-and-tumble jobs under scorching heat. Your body require some time to get used to it.
- Light coloured, light weight & loose fitting clothes can give you some relief under burning heat.
- Hyperhidrosis is the scientific name of over sweating. Sometimes it happens because of medicines or some surgeries, so professional guidance is necessary.
