Morning Sickness
Pregnancy is an extraordinary feeling for every woman, but nausea is always there to ruin your enjoyment.

- When you are suffering from morning sickness, try to maintain a healthy diet along with some regular exercise.
- Try to get some fresh air; it gives you spontaneous relief from nausea.
- Taking enough water is an extraordinary remedy. Try to consume enough water in between your meals.
- Stop taking unnecessary iron supplements, unless you are suffering from iron deficiency. This causes unnecessary complications for your stomach.
- Herbal remedies, like ginger tea or peppermint tea are also effective for treating the morning sickness.
- Fatty, acidic foods lead to indigestion, which in turn support nausea. So try to avoid those problematic foods.
- Sometimes acupressure point techniques have also been recommended for the treatment of morning sickness.
