Preventing Weight Gain
There are various sneaky ways in which you can gain weight without you actually knowing it. You need to
be very strict with your diet & life style to discourage those paths.
- Instead of skipping meals try to have in at four hour intervals. Meal skipping is a delusive idea & useless one also.
- When you are eating in front of the television or computer it will distract your mind & you overeating will happen unconsciously.
- When you are spending sleepless nights you start getting fake pangs of hunger & you started feeling hungry. So you need a sound sleep (6-8 hours) at night.
- When you are having a party with friends, you start to have fatty-junk foods even start consuming alcohol. This disturbs your regular diet plan. So spend your time in some other activities, prepare some homemade healthy snacks, which you all can enjoy.
- In a stressful condition your body manufactures cortisol, which is able to control your sugar as well as blood pressure levels. It believes that excessive production of cortisol can be the cause of your abdominal fat.
- Remember to scale yourself frequently. Though it is a little odd, but you can figure out your weight changing patterns through this process.
- Also in the restaurant, try to stick to your diet regime. Order a healthy salad instead of fatty foods.
- Try to use a small dish or utensil instead of having a large one. Small amount of food on a large plate makes you believe that you need more.
- Fast eating is prone to over eating. While you start eating, take at least 15-20 minutes because you need to chew the food properly
