A study on black tea shows that it has the power to reduce the risk of Parkinson’s disease. During this study, the researchers found that, people who drank the black tea most were twenty-nine percent less likely to develop the Parkinson’s disease as compared with the least black tea drinkers. However, the benefit is not due to the content of caffeine in it what most of the researchers thought of, but the black tea has something that actually affects the estrogen levels which is good for anti-Parkinson’s. Parkinson’s disease is most commonly found in men. But it is really interesting that green tea has no protective effects against this disease.
