Smoking & Drinking habit needs to be stopped completed by men and women. It leads the door to Cancer & liver diseases thus risking the life.
To prevent the entry of diseases into the body, we suggest taking lots of fresh fruits and vegetables that have a mix of minerals and nutrients. Most fruits such as apple remove harmful toxins present in the body & cleanse the digestive system. Carrots and bananas are a plus when it comes to preventing heart diseases.
Before starting any Exercises, visit a doctor & have a check up on any health concerns. Then consult a Trainer who will suggest on which are the exercises that are tailored and suited to your body.
Aerobic Exercises – Indoor or Outdoor makes a difference, it reduces the fat & increases the metabolism
needed to remain energetic thought-out the day. Also burn those extra calories by going for regular walks. Stop eating those fatty & diary foods that have high calorie contents. Check and control the amount of calories present in the type of food you are daily eating.
Fitness varies from body to body, men to Women. Women prefer to look good, fit and maintain a nice figure always. An average woman needs to work or exercise at least 1 hour a day to have fit and healthier life. Children in age levels from 9 yrs to 14 yrs need to control eating those sweeteners like chocolates, cakes etc that may lead to being obese. They should eat breakfasts such as cold cereal with milk, fruits, and yogurt .They should get involved in some playing games such as Football, Rugby, and Tennis or can do mountain cycling, trekking. Joining a martial arts program or swimming classes also helps. They should not spend much time watching TV or videos & playing computer games.
